1. Definitions and Interpretation

3.3 Legal Capacity

4.2 KYC Verification

Upon registration and before processing your first withdrawal, dw888 requires completion of our KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. 5. Deposits and Payment Methods

5.3 Processing Time and Fees

5.4 Source of Funds

You warrant that all funds deposited into your dw888 account are derived from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of criminal activity. dw888 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds, particularly for large or unusual transactions. We comply with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.

6. Withdrawals and Processing

6.1 Withdrawal Requirements

To withdraw funds from your dw888 account, you must have completed KYC verification, meet any applicable bonus wagering requirements, and withdraw to a payment method registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited as an anti-money laundering measure.

6.2 Withdrawal Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 (one hundred thousand Rupiah). 6.3 Processing Time

Withdrawals requested outside business hours or on weekends are processed on the next business day. E-wallet withdrawals may be faster, typically completing within 2-12 hours.

6.4 Withdrawal Fees

dw888 does not charge fees for the first three (3) withdrawals per calendar month. Additional withdrawals within the same month incur a processing fee of Rp 10,000 per transaction. We encourage Players to consolidate withdrawals when possible to minimize fees.

6.5 Verification Checks

dw888 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawals, particularly for first-time withdrawals, large amounts, or if fraud is suspected. This may include requesting additional identity documentation, proof of address, verification calls, or proof of deposit method ownership. Withdrawals will be held pending satisfactory completion of these checks.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses and promotions offered by dw888 are subject to specific terms and conditions which are displayed on the promotion page and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms & Conditions. Bonuses are available only to eligible Players who have completed account registration and KYC verification. Players with multiple accounts, abusive betting patterns, or history of bonus abuse are ineligible for promotions.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before associated winnings can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is thirty times (30x) the combined bonus and deposit amount for casino bonuses, or the bonus amount only for sports betting bonuses. For example, if you deposit Rp 1,000,000 and receive a Rp 1,000,000 welcome bonus (100% match), you must wager Rp 60,000,000 (30x × Rp 2,000,000) before you can withdraw bonus-related winnings.

7.3 Game Contribution Rates

Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements:

7.4 Bonus Restrictions

dw888 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, and close accounts if we detect bonus abuse including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, irregular betting patterns designed to meet wagering with minimal risk, collusion with other players, or using bugs/exploits to gain unfair advantage.

8. Gaming Rules and Conduct

8.1 Fair Play

All Players must engage in fair play and refrain from any form of cheating, collusion, fraud, or abuse. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: using automated betting software (bots), exploiting software vulnerabilities, manipulating game outcomes, colluding with other players to gain unfair advantage, or engaging in arbitrage betting across multiple platforms.

8.2 Game Integrity

All casino games offered by dw888 use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been tested and verified by independent third-party auditing firms. Game outcomes are determined randomly and cannot be predicted or manipulated. 8.4 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical error, malfunction, incorrect odds display, or any other mistake affecting game outcomes or payouts, dw888 reserves the right to void affected bets and correct Player balances. We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected Players promptly and resolve issues fairly.

9. Responsible Gaming

9.1 Age Restriction

Gaming services provided by dw888 are strictly for adults aged 21 years or older. We take underage gambling seriously and implement multiple verification measures including KYC documentation checks and ongoing monitoring.

9.2 Self-Exclusion and Limits

10. Limitations of Liability

10.3 Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, dw888's total liability to any Player for all claims arising from use of our services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their account during the six (6) months preceding the claim, or Rp 10,000,000 (ten million Rupiah), whichever is lower.

10.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless dw888, its operators, licensors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms & Conditions, violation of applicable laws, or infringement of third-party rights.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

11.1 Suspension by dw888

dw888 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• We detect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse
• You provide false or misleading information during registration or KYC
• You are found to be underage (below 21 years)
• We have reasonable grounds to believe your account has been compromised
• You have multiple accounts or are attempting to circumvent restrictions
• Required by law enforcement, regulatory authorities, or court order

11.2 Termination by Player

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw your remaining balance (subject to completing wagering requirements and verification checks). Accounts with zero balance will be closed immediately. Accounts with remaining funds will be held for withdrawal processing before final closure.

11.3 Consequences of Termination

Upon termination due to breach of terms, dw888 reserves the right to forfeit your account balance, void pending bets, withhold winnings, and pursue legal remedies for damages suffered. Legitimate remaining funds (deposits not involved in fraudulent activity) will be returned following investigation.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
